Richard Joncas

Studio Leader, Critical Studies & Foundations Department

Richard Joncas teaches History of Interiors and Architecture and the History of Art. He has been at Harrington since 2003 and is currently the Program Coordinator for Critical Studies.

He received his M.A. degree from the University of Toronto and his Ph.D. from Stanford University, where he did a dissertation on Frank Lloyd Wright. He has lectured at professional conferences and published on various aspects of modern architecture.

He enjoys family time with his twin daughters, Callie and Tessa, and his guitars. He sometimes goes by the alias "Scan Man."
