Kudos to the Harrington Student Government! At the 16th annual Season of Hope gala reception on Dec. 8, their candy-themed tree, called “Hopeful for a Sweet Holiday,” was picked as the best by the children from Chicago Youth Programs (CYP)!
Season of Hope is an annual event and design competition from CYP and commercial real-estate investment company Bentley Forbes that lights up the Prudential Plaza lobby with festive trees. These trees go beyond just celebrating the holiday spirit – they are created to benefit the at-risk youth of CYP.
Season of Hope gives its participants an opportunity to relive the magic and fun of the holiday season by sponsoring a tree or joining a design team. All proceeds from each tree sponsorship go toward providing life changing programming to Chicago Youth.
Next time you walk by Prudential Plaza, take a minute to come in and see all of the trees – they will be up until Dec. 31!
