Recently, students from the Experimental Design Class at the Harrington College of Design had the opportunity to check out the Ronan and Erwan Bouroullec Exhibit currently featured at the Museum of Contemporary Art in Chicago.
The dynamic brothers-turned-design team are originally from Brittany and have led an explosive career within interior design. Featured at the exhibit is the firm’s “North Tiles” design for Kvadrat in Denmark, which won the D-Design Forum AID Award and has been included in Cappellini’s design collection. The Bouroullec’s work in Paris has captured numerous prestigious clients and is known for its sophisticated functionality.
Get more of a taste of their design on their website and hurry to the MCA as quickly as possible! The exhibition is currently live and runs through January 20, 2013. Best of all, admission is FREE for Illinois state residents on Tuesdays year round! Find more information here.
