The Harrington College of Design Library has recently subscribed to two new serials that should be of special interest to graphic design students.

GRAPHIC is a quarterly magazine published in Seoul, Korea. First published in January 2007, the magazine focuses its attention on trends of graphic design outside the mainstream, aiming at more creative and independent journalism. Its policy is “one issue, one theme.” The Winter 2012 issue (the poster issue) consists of 22 folded posters and designers' short commentaries that express their personal social agenda.

.NET magazine is the world’s best-selling magazine for Web designers and developers, featuring tutorials from leading agencies, interviews with the Web’s biggest names, and agenda-setting features on the hottest issues affecting the Internet today. The March 2012 feature reveals new layout methods and talks about media queries and CSS transitions with JavaScript, 3D transforms and much more.

Stop by the library to get your hands on these hot new magazines!
